These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, dashboards, and services offered by Umfress Business Solutions LLC ("Umfress Business Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the site or services you agree to these Terms.
Services
Umfress Business Solutions provides business performance assessment, Fractional Sales Leadership, AI transformation advisory, and Executive Technology & Digital Transformation services, including executive dashboards, authorized data connectivity from a client’s existing CRM and business systems, workflow automation, business data connectivity, custom AI applications, website development, and ongoing platform support.
Services are customized to each client’s goals and documented in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or engagement agreement. Advisory, implementation, development, and platform services may be provided separately based on the scope of the engagement.
Umfress Business Solutions securely connects to approved data from a client’s existing CRM and business systems to create customized CEO and executive dashboards. We do not replace, rebuild, or administer a client’s CRM unless separately agreed in writing.
Accounts and platform access
Portal and dashboard access is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Platform access may include dashboards, AI advisors, hosting, security, maintenance, and ongoing updates. Access is provided during the client’s active service term unless otherwise stated in the client agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components, upload malicious content, or use the platform to violate applicable law.
AI features
Our AI advisors (Ava, Alex) generate informational output only. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, or HR-compliance advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting.
Artificial Intelligence Tools
Umfress Business Solutions, LLC may provide access to artificial intelligence tools, including Ava and Alex. AI-generated information is provided for general informational and business-support purposes only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a user's specific circumstances. Users are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them or taking action.
The AI tools do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice and do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Users must not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, medical, protected health information, financial account information, passwords, authentication credentials, or other sensitive information unless Umfress Business Solutions has expressly authorized the use under an appropriate written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umfress Business Solutions disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs and is not responsible for decisions or losses arising from reliance on those outputs.
Intellectual property
The website, dashboards, methodology (including the Umfress Method™), and all related content are the property of Umfress Business Solutions LLC or its licensors.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umfress Business Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
